Toby’s Treadmills training today. Reached 13mph, and did a ton of resistance and incline training. I got private training, ‘cause I was the only one who went today.

Set the third place record for the 17-18 year old group. I would have been second place in the 15-16 year old group, but since I’m turning 17 on Thursday, Coach went ahead and moved me up already. >.< But yeah, I’m excited. It’s cool to see my name up there on the record board. :D
